Richard joined John Payne Estate Agents as Sales Manager in August 2014, after having gained a vast amount of industry knowledge working for both corporate and independent Estate Agents over the last 30 years.

Based at our busy Daventry Road branch, Richard’s main role within the office is to provide Market Valuations and Appraisals and he enjoys leading his team by example when it comes to hard work and delivering a high standard of customer service.
